Massage Therapist
Catherine graduated as a Massage Therapist in 2001 and as a Kinesitherapist in 2002.
Kinesitherapy includes every musculoskeletal problem. Using the massage, stretching and joint mobilizations. By using postural analysis we can offer advice to facilitate rehabilitation, relaxation of muscles and tensions, and finally relief of stiff and painful joints.
Definitely a good option for muscle or joint imbalance.
In addition to my 14 years of experience, I have deepened my knowledge by seeking techniques such as the Hawaiian Lomi Lomi massage which uses forearm techniques and fluid movements, and the Thai massage, which allows to offer a very complete treatment, with pressure points, stretching acting on general well-being, tension, blood circulation or even flexibility.
Always looking to improve and deepen my knowledge, I started on September 7th, an adventure to a dream I had for a long time by launching myself in osteopathy.
